GEN J’s “Tools for Shuls” is a capacity-building program for synagogues, which is funded by the Jewish Community Foundation. The program is designed to empower synagogue leaders to re-imagine synagogue life in Montreal and strengthen the synagogues’ capacities for long-term growth.

Tools for Shuls Year Two was launched on November 29th, 2011 with a workshop on data-driven decision making presented by consultants from Measuring Success. We had a wonderful turnout with great interest and motivation expressed by participants.
